Girl Talk is a blog written by Prerna Gupta, who is the founder and CEO of Yaari.com. Prerna initially started the blog thinking she would write about women’s issues, but as she began to write, she realized that there are a variety of interesting topics to be discussed, all of which do not fall under the “women’s rights” category. Prerna’s posts are of course from a woman’s perspective, but the topics range from things like sexual liberation to vegetarianism. The mission of Girl Talk is to raise awareness about various social issues, especially those pertinent to Indian culture, by challenging norms and having frank discussions with Indians from all walks of life.
